D ReplyTray

Install & get started

No installer, no account, no activation. Download, extract, run.

1 · Download and run

1
Unzip the file Extract ReplyTray-1.0-win64.zip anywhere you can find it later — Desktop is fine.
2
Double-click ReplyTray.exe That is the whole install. Nothing is written to Program Files, no admin rights needed.
3
If Windows says "Windows protected your PC" Click More info → Run anyway. This prompt appears for any new app that has not built up a download reputation yet. ReplyTray does not modify your system.

2 · First five minutes

1
Open any app with a text boxA browser, your email, a chat app — anything you type into.
2
Click "Dock"The panel attaches to that window and follows it around.
3
Type a line, press EnterNo match? What you typed is sent right away and saved for next time.
4
Click a saved lineIt is pasted into the box you were typing in.

3 · Where your data lives

Scripts, notes and stats are stored in one local database file:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\DailyActionTracker\content-tracker.db

Point it somewhere else any time: Settings → Data → Change data folder. Previous locations stay in the list so you can switch back.

4 · AI (optional)

The reply library, notes and stats all work without AI. To draft new lines, add a key from any OpenAI-compatible provider — DeepSeek, OpenAI, SiliconFlow, Zhipu, or a local Ollama.

The key is stored only on your machine and is sent only to the provider you choose.

5 · Updates

New versions replace the same download link in your purchase email — open it again to get the latest build. Your scripts and notes are kept: they live in the database above, not inside the app.

6 · Uninstall

Delete the folder and you are done. Nothing runs in the background and no registry keys are left behind.
